About Me

Hello there and thank you for taking the time to read more about Yoga Cubs™. My name is Sam and I happily serve as your baby and child yoga and massage instructor. I am thrilled to have the opportunity to share a little bit about myself before hopefully welcoming and meeting you at one of my upcoming classes.

I am a proud Mummy to three wonderful children and recently decided to take the leap with setting up Yoga Cubs™ as my maternity leave was coming to an end and the desire within me to spend more hands-on and quality time with my family became more apparent and important to me.

With over 15 year experience as a primary school teacher and more recently, headteacher, I have dedicated my career to educating and nurturing young minds and in addition to my work in schools as a teacher, I also qualified and taught yoga to pupils - recognising the importance of holistic wellness in education. I am passionate about bringing the benefits of yoga and massage to the wider community where I am fully qualified in the delivery of yoga and massage for babies as well as yoga for toddlers and young children.

My work and vision for Yoga Cubs™ is guided by a commitment to promoting wellbeing, development and meaningful relationships and connections. As a mother of three young children myself, I understand the joys and challenges of family life and I naturally bring this perspective to my work with others; knowing just how amazing but overwhelming parenthood can be. This is why the planning and creation of Yoga Cubs™ courses and events has been a heartfelt endeavor. I am dedicated to ensuring that classes are thoughtfully structured to meet the needs of infants, young children, and, just as importantly, their parents and caregivers. Each class reflects the significance of an environment that supports both the adult and the child and my aim is to provide a high-quality, luxurious experience with personal touches, that leave you and your little one feeling connected, supported and happy after each session.

I am excited to continue my journey in promoting yoga, combined with massage and wellness, in the community and I look forward to making a positive and meaningful impact on the lives of those I work with. Please take the time to check out our services in more detail by clicking the appropriate tab.
