Why are Yoga Cubs classes different from other mum & baby groups?
All classes are led by myself, Sam, a highly qualified practitioner with a wealth of experience both professionally and personally in the delivery of baby and children's yoga, baby massage and also as an educator working with young children.
Each class is is designed with its own little luxuries and extra touches that give our classes a premium and personal feel; something that many parents and caregivers have said they enjoy as it makes the whole experience feel like a treat for themselves as much as it is for their little ones.
At the start of each term, parents / caregivers are gifted with a personal welcome pack including a pot of Kokoso organic coconut oil (rrp £5.49), carefully selected sensory gifts for baby and a small 'luxury' treat for you. The end of the term will be celebrated with a special graduation session, including photograph set up for baby and a celebratory 'sparkly spread' for grown ups.

Can my partner come to class?
Absolutely! You can bring 1 extra person with you to class.
Partners are welcome, just let us know before hand so we can set an extra place out. You can also invite a grandparent or another significant person as your plus 1, should you wish to.

What happens if my baby cries in class?
Classes are all baby led, please follow your baby’s needs during class. Our aim is to make you all feel at ease and as relaxed as possible within our classes whilst you support and enjoy this time with your little one.
The aim of the course is to teach parents how to use baby massage / yoga. If you do not get to complete the full routine with your baby during the class, you will still be learning techniques that you can use at home at a time that is best for you and your baby.
How many people are in each class?
We restrict the numbers in all of our yoga and massage classes to a maximum of 12 in order to maintain an intimate atmosphere and to give everyone sufficient time to be heard. Please bear in mind that the numbers may be capped lower than 12, but they will not exceed 12.

What happens if we miss a class?
Due to offering small classes, if a class is missed we can not offer a refund. If we do have a space available on the same course during that term then we will do our best to move you to a catch up class. If you are away on holiday or duo to illness you may gift your place to a friend or allow us to do this on your behalf.
Do you offer 'pay as you go' classes?
Our massage and yoga classes are designed to provide a comprehensive learning experience that builds upon each session. By committing to and investing in a full course, participants can ensure they receive the full benefits of the techniques and bonding opportunities that develop over time. Each course also fosters meaningful relationships among parents and caregivers, which is why we keep class sizes small. This intimate setting enhances the overall experience, allowing for personalised attention and support within a nurturing community. We appreciate your understanding of this structure, as it allows us to maintain the quality and effectiveness of our classes, something that we strongly feel makes Yoga Cubs unique.

My baby was premature, can we come to class?
As a baby's skin is so delicate, it is important for baby to come to class as near to its corrected age as possible.
We have found with the younger babies they tend to sleep, poop and nap during class, (which of course is absolutely fine) but some parents feel disheartened when their baby is not getting the full baby massage and / or yoga experience .
Please pop us a message if you are still not sure when the time is right and ensure you seek advice from a healthcare professional regarding your baby, where needed.
If you can't see an answer to your question, please do contact us so we can help you in anyway we can.
