Yoga classes for Primary-age school children are designed to promote physical and mental wellness among pupils. We are committed to providing a safe and supportive environment for the children to learn and practice yoga poses, breathing techniques, and mindfulness exercises. These classes are a great way to help pupils develop healthy habits that will benefit them for years to come.

My toddler yoga and sensory play sessions offer a delightful way for young children to explore their bodies and engage their senses. These activities promote physical development flexibility, and balance while encouraging mindfulness and relaxation. Through playful poses and interactive sensory experiences, toddlers can enhance their motor skills and creativity. These sessions not only foster a love for movement but also provide a nurturing environment for social interaction and emotional growth.​​

My Classes
Yoga Cubs baby massage and baby yoga classes run over a period of 5 weeks in a friendly, welcoming and supportive environment. All our sessions give you the chance to meet other parents / caregivers as well as the opportunity for your baby to socialise with other babies in a calm and relaxed environment. There is also ample space, designated areas inside the hall and a seating area outside of the hall, should you wish to take some time for yourself with your little one.
Baby Massage - Suitable from 6 weeks (Providing your baby was full term). Premature babies – please seek advice from a healthcare professional first.
Baby Yoga – Suitable from 8 Weeks (Providing your baby was full term). Premature babies – please seek advice from a healthcare professional first.
The duration of most classes is usually 45 minutes, plus 15 minutes at the end, during which, you will have the opportunity to discuss any current issues you and your baby may be experiencing and to get some valuable feedback. Snacks and refreshments will always be readily available to you during your session too!
If Mum has has a cesarean birth and is bringing baby to classes, please seek advice from a healthcare provider regarding your personal healing journey and participating in baby massage / yoga classes.
